Wife was in an accident (first in her 52 years of driving) in a construction zone (where they had not put up the signs that it was a construction zone yet, She was cited for failure to yeild at a crossing street of Ga21/30. No signs, no visible lane markers and more. Same deal.... all given failure to yield citations. Need an attorney to file a motion for discovery in Chatham County, Ga. Will pay very well for this single act.

The OP should be exempt from any legal fees iif the court finds the state responsible.

Ocassionally what happends is the state objects to the amount of charges filed....a lot of lawyer fees involved.
