Will Carson be eligible for the post season due to PIAA transfer rules?

Not clear if he is yet, but likely he will be.

Two big-name out-of-state transfers last year:
- Brett Ungar (NJ --> Notre Dame Green Pond): D11 granted him a waiver.
- Wyatt Henson (MO --> Waynesburg): WPIAL ruled ineligible, appealed to PIAA and got the waiver.

With Mason in State College, Carson can legitimately say he is moving to be with family. Not sure either Ungar or Henson could say that. (Though Henson did wrestle in Waynesburg as a FR before moving with his father to Missouri.)

Then again, we are talking PIAA here ...
