Another day, another Trump loss in court.

Remember when Trump sued Twitter and brayed about how his First Amendment rights were being trampled upon, and he would vindicate them in court against the evil Twitter? Welp, kiss THAT one goodbye. Cheeto's lawsuit against Twitter was summarily tossed out yesterday,. What does that bring Trump's record to in recent lawsuits? 0-65? (And what do you call someone who loses all the time? I think the term is "loser.")

To make it even sweeter, the Judge who tossed out the lawsuit (James Donato) is based in San Francisco. San Francisco?! That pinko liberal! How DARE he do that to the Dear Orange Leader! Wonder if he is one of those "Mexican" judges, damn their eyes! :

Am sure this will be of great comfort to Americans after losing 20% of their retirement savings. Thanks, Joe!

As is usual, you display no understanding of litigation. What one federal judge says doesn't mean a whole lot. If Trump wants to appeal to the 9th Circuit he has every right to do so and a reasonable chance of overturning the ruling. Even if 9th Cir rules against him, some chance that Supreme Court would hear the case. This is more the beginning of the process than the end. (If Trump wants to pursue this now that Twitter will be controlled by Elon.) Also, the very first sentence of the article states: "A court dismissed one of three cases the former president filed last year against social media giants." There are still 2 more cases to be heard and at least 3 additional court of appeals cases that Trump has a right to pursue if the worst happens at the trial court level and he wishes to do so.

Two gold stars for the snarky reference to the talkies, but the plain fact is that Cheeto is still the most prominent GOP politician in the country even though he is out of office, and he has made it pretty clear that he is running for president again in 2024. So why would anyone move on from him?

Libtards have to obsess over Trump. This is what happens when they have nothing positive to say about Biden (because there is nothing positive).

So we can expect this obsession to continue for at least the next 2+ years.

Isn't your side claiming he has no chance and will actually hurt the GOP?

Get your story straight, lefties

I have plenty of good things to say about Biden, but arguing with you nutballs about why Biden is normal (and therefore a refreshing change from his predecessor) is not something I feel inclined to spend time doing.

It's much more fun to talk, and laugh, about Trump telling Esper that he didn't like the appearance of Navy ships, and that Esper needed to make them "look prettier." Or about Trump being hit with a contempt citation mandating that he pay $10,000 per day. Or Trump wanting to drop a shiat ton of bombs in Mexico. Or Trump saying that he would bang Ivanka if she wasn't his daughter. Creepy but funny as hell.

That's the best part. I full on WANT Cheeto to run. He'll get SHELLACKED, no matter who the Democrats run.
