All bands have in-house fights, here's a collection of very difficult folks to stick in a band to really maximize the trouble- can you do worse?

Guitar, vocals- Chuck Berry
Lead guitar- Richie Blackmore

Keith Moon on drums would also be appropriate.

I just finished Gregg Allman's biography, it sounds like Dickey Betts belongs on the list.

Buddy Rich; fastest most technically proficient drummer and biggest arrogant prick in music. And there is recorded evidence of it

I'm sure if you read Dickey Betts Autobiography he would say the same about Gregg Allman!

This is very true, with that amount of drugs and alcohol who knows..... Gregg really had nothing bad to say about any other bandmates in the whole book, and nothing good to say about Dickey. Good read.

Mick Jones from the Clash. In a documentary I saw once (Westway to the World? Maybe?) about the Clash, Joe Strummer referred to him as being like, “Elizabeth Taylor is a filthy mood.”

You want drama bring in Lindsey Buckingham (Fleetwood Mac).

Drums-Ginger Baker

Don Henley instead of Baker. Jack Bruce was more at fault for Cream's demise than Ginger.

All-Star Band of Disagreeable People sounds like something out of Monty Python. They could have also done The Ministry of Disagreeable People.

Wait, we got this far with no mention of Van Morrison? Has anyone ever had anything good to say about Van as a person?
