Run is called back, plus 10 yards and they lose the game.
Yes they had a couple more plays, but most teams don't get first downs after a holding call.
I did not agree with this call in real time nor do I agree with it now. DL twisted and then fall down. That said, I can see why it was called.
Despite what the announcer says though, the OL did "let him go" and thus he fell down.
