It's the "King Pin" himself: NNNiiiiicccckkkk Perry. What a jerk. His primary job at WTAE was to do Bowling For Dollars. He supplemented that with doing the PA Lottery for an extra $100 bucks a night before he went home. Nah....not good enough. Better to fix the lottery. He ruined his life and shamed his family.
