2019 Recruiting Class Thread

TOP 2019 RECEIVER TRIMS LIST
With the 2018 class already about half full, the talk around 2019 prospects figures to start gaining traction in the coming months. One such name is Colleyville, Texas wide receiver Kam Brown. The 247Sports four-star prospect is now down to 12 programs, including Penn State.

The Nittany Lions offered Brown back in January. While he has yet to visit State College, he just started taking visits back in late-February, having hit Alabama, USC, Texas A&M, and Georgia in the last few weeks.

--Oradell, N.J., Class of 2019 tight end Tyler Devera tweeted that he will be on hand. He already stands 6-foot-4, 215 pounds, making him a pretty interesting name to watch moving forward.

--Orange, N.J., Class of 2019 top defensive back Nyqyee Hawkins is expected to be back on hand after visiting just a weekend ago. His 247Sports' Crystal Ball reads 100 percent for Penn State.

--Two more 2019 names of note: Bishop Guilfoyle kicker Colton McGhee and Princeton, N.J., Hun School four-star guard Caedan Wallace.

Wow ... remember the old days when we went from Campbell to Pittman to Mitchell & Harris to Cappelletti to Matt Suhey/Guman to Warner to Dozier to Thomas to Anderson to Carter to Enis? Quite a stretch from 1967-1997.

How great would it be to start a new 30-year era of great RBs?
