2019 Recruiting Class Thread

His offer list is ridiculous: USC, OSU, FL, TX, Auburn, Mich...

How is this dude ranked #1014???

I don't know a lot about him. Most of his P5 offers seem to have come in the past month or so. I believe he was considered more of a BB prospect (even at 350 lbs.) as an underclassmen. My guess is that he showed something on the OL as a senior, but that's strictly a guess.

Mid-Atlantic Spotlight: Predictions for five top prospects
https://bwi.rivals.com/news/mid-atlantic-spotlight-predictions-for-the-early-signing-period

Predictions on Isaac and Johnson:

Penn State and Miami are the biggest contenders for Isaac, but Syracuse and Texas A&M have an outside shot. The Nittany Lions have the strongest relationships with Isaac and have played host to him on multiple occasions. The challenge for them right now is making sure Miami didn’t overtake them during Isaac’s official visit to Coral Gables. Canes commit
Jason Blissett is pushing for Isaac to join him in South Florida, but it seems like Penn State has too much going for it to miss here.

Prediction: Penn State

Johnson was planning on waiting to sign until February, but he will now sign in the Early Signing Period. He released a top five on Twitter, and Michigan and Penn State are the top contenders, since Stanford has seemingly fallen off the pace.

Johnson took an official visit to Penn State over the weekend and has one to Michigan coming up. The Nittany Lions picked up a lot of momentum during his visit, but they’ll have to hold off the Wolverines. Michigan is hosting Johnson this weekend, and Jim Harbaugh already did an in-home visit with him. The Wolverines have done a good job recruiting in New England, and the fact that current Michigan wide receiver
Tarik Black
, a New England native, has a good relationship with Johnson makes it seem like this could go Michigan’s way.

Prediction: Michigan

NO Michigan! Just NO!

Bad news!

There was an article about how the Miami coaches were going to do an in-home visit with Dunmore on Tuesday, and his mom's car had issues. She ended up getting stuck at the car dealership during the scheduled in-home visit. John and the Miami coaches met up with his mom at the dealership and had the visit there. Mom was impressed, but she also stated that they have built a relationship with the PSU coaches since 9th grade. Sounds like they will hear Miami out this weekend...

John Dunmore will be taking an OV to Miami this weekend

Many have called this a flip candidate since he committed, just sucks for him to make the move this late in the process. Franklin is going to have to go all in on receivers next cycle.

I can't understand why an offensive skill player would have any interest in playing in that dumpster fire of an offense. Proximity to home probably has a lot to do with the whole situation.

Julian Fleming and Rakim Jarrett sound like a nice haul in the next cycle ;)
(Definitely in the running for Fleming, Jarrett seems all over the place so far (OSU, Bama, UMD, etc.))

He has 3 high school teammates that are committed to Miami who have been in his ear for a while.

Did they bring sleeping bags?

Did mom drive away in a new car? If so, we know where he’s going.

Not one PSU, OSU, Michigan, or national analyst has PSU as Zach Harrison's destination....but this one eleven warriors poster does.

I keep thinking it might be door #3. A few weeks back everyone said Michigan was a close to a lock as you could get ( kids change their minds etc etc ) but then Michigan had to scramble the past week or so. REALLY scramble. Two dog and pony shows....

So, the two constants we've always heard are.. Zach never really grew up a college football fan so he didn't have a "school" and from day 1 there's been talk that a lot of people thought he wanted to get out of Columbus and just have a normal college life... NOT GOING TO FAULT ANY KID who wants to do that...

So If it's not the Buckeyes then why does Michigan have to put on the full court press dog and pony show..????

Door # 3..... Penn State...

Hoping he chooses the good guys!!! wish the kid the best of luck wherever he ends up. Seems like he's handle this really well... all class..

^^^ Or this guy

The Miami staff sounds like a group of pressure-tactic used car salesmen!

I realize Franklin and Seider have in home...

However, things like this RARELY go well in recruiting...

Seider's relationship here has been a constant. We'll see. South Florida kids are notorious flakes as as much as you have to recruit there...this is the norm there. You jumped the gun here a bit IMO, but stuff like this seems to excite you.

Don't forget Jaden Dottin , 4* from Connecticut who already has CB predictions to Penn State

Now don't say that. I accused him of that earlier in the week and he got very mad.

Sounds like Manny Diaz will get the Temple job. Any chance he takes some Miami coaches (that are recruiting Dunmore) with him?

If Dunmore reads this article, it won't be MIAMI.

But they can’t pass, they’ve got no quarterbacks, and the quarterbacks are getting worse. And the way he calls plays, there’s no, like, “Hmm, maybe we can sneak our way out of this situation tactically.” It’s like, “I don’t trust these quarterbacks to do anything, so I’m just gonna have them throw these two passes over and over again, and maybe it’ll work.”

Interesting enough, the guy who said this believes they need a JoMo and with him would be a top 10 team.
