"Perez, who is represented by GSE Worldwide, also reportedly has endorsement deals with Easypost, JumboMax and OnCore. He will wear Puma apparel, footwear and accessories and play with a bag of Cobra clubs, per his undisclosed new deal....“His larger-than-life personality and well-mannered demeanor will set him apart, and we feel that combined with his work ethic and passion for the game, it’s only a matter of time before he takes the golf world by storm.” https://nypost.com/2022/05/28/xavier-perez-a-12-year-golfer-lands-cobra-puma-nil-deal/

This poor kid probably doesn't have a chance in life now. How will he make friends with his peers. He is way too young to handle the money and will be exposed to crushing pressure like other supposed golf can't misses, Ty Tryon and Johnny Laponzina. (Laponzina failed at tournament golf but succeeded in business)

Sad commentary on child raising and moral values in the US.

Wie was in extremely talented 12 or 13-year-old golfer who luckily for her, wasn't handicapped by getting an NIL like this at 12 years old. I think when she was about 16 years old she reached the quarter finals of the men's amateur publinx championship. Another good example though of the difficulty of transitioning from an extremely talented very young golfer into a successful professional.

Wie would have had millions in NILs and she, as a pro, was rather pathetic vs. Where people said she was.

Her parents had her on the men's tour. She couldn't even win on the women's
