‘Bama - ND Announce CFB Home-&-Home!

Saban will be retired and Kelly's head will have exploded long before then.

I am guessing the head coaches will be

Alabama - Justin Fuente (current Va Tech coach).
Notre Dame - A stuffed and fermented Knute Rockne.

maybe they could have scheduled the games out to 2030 or further. These games will never be played...this is cover for the weak schedules they are setting up in near term years to make sure they go 12-0 or 11-1 so to be considered for the four team play-off. No two loss schedule for them. The Big Ten knows that story

Why would any SEC, Big Ten, ACC, Pac XII or even Big XII schedule a non-conference game late in the year on the road? That's just idiotic in the middle (or toward the end) of conference play

The SEC always schedules non-conference games late in the year....at home against really weak teams. think of them as an extra off week

which makes sense...honestly, why wouldn't they? And unless they play someone like ND they aren't going to be playing good teams. We aren't playing a team like that after September

USC plays at ND in the middle of the season & well into conference play.

Hell, ‘Bama has only played Georgia 14 times during the regular season in the last 50 years!

Can you see the same thing happening between tOSU-UMich or USC-UCLA?

Ridiculous!

I mean, Georgia-Alabama aren't on the same level of those teams in terms of being rivals. That's going to happen with divisional play in conferences. Probably shouldn't only be 28% of the time but we're not going to play west teams much more than that and we'd play them even less with a 8 game conf schedule.
