    People look back on 2016 and 2017 with nostalgia, but PSU wasn’t supposed to be anything special in either of those two years. Moorhead took a three star qb and placed him in a system where he had the best chance to excel. PSU truly punched above its weight in those two years.

    For sure a first down would’ve iced the game, and the offense couldn’t get it. It happened several times during his tenure. He isn’t above the criticism. But, if you go into Columbus, hang 38 on them, and give your team a 2 touchdown lead in the 4th quarter I’m not pinning the loss on you.
