Football ESPN FPI projects the remaining 2021 PSU Football schedule

Sorry, but FPI reminds me of the year they took the schedule and “predicted” each week’s results. Of course, most of the time the higher ranked team was predicted to win, so it was pretty much the same at the end of the year as it started. A boring futile gesture.

Is this all a dream like when "Bobby" woke up from a dream on DALLAS?

It wasn’t Bobby that woke up. It was Victoria Principal.

    This could be funny!

My favorite quote from Attell is “I just got back from Ohio. You know what’s a great thing to do in Ohio? Pack up your sh!t and go home!”

How would PSU fans feel about OSU's McCord transferring to PSU and Allar then committing to OSU ? Keep in mind, McCord is from Philly.

Much like there are certain Penn State fans who just want Franklin gone, there are certain Ohio State fans who just can’t fathom losing a five star in-state QB to Penn State. They’ll dream up any scenario to make it happen. Unfortunately it won’t happen for either.

"No good quarterbacks were available in the portal"

Please, name one quarterback that was in the transfer portal last season that would have come here, been happy to sit behind Clifford and improved our situation. Just one. I’ll wait.

"No good quarterbacks were available in the portal"

No, that’s the true situation, but your sorry @$$ just needs someone to blame.

"No good quarterbacks were available in the portal"

Let’s revisit that the portal isn’t like picking up a loaf of bread at your local Kroger’s. It’s more free agency that the player can choose the best situation for himself. I’m sick of everyone thinking that there was a QB, any QB, that would have wanted to come to Penn State to sit behind...

Franklin should be throwing a fit right now with this incompetent referee performance

So apparently holding only occurs in the backfield, because they’ve been holding downfield all day and haven’t had a flag called on them.

So Jordan Allen DE-committed from us today?

    Please respect his decision.

    Drew Allar

    I’ve heard it both AL-er and al-LAR.
  12. B

    Drew Allar

Well, since one of their current QBs was the consensus top QB in the 2022 class by a large margin until he reclassified, enrolled early and got paid a million dollars, and two others are five stars that have been in the system for multiple years, they wouldn’t be promising Allar the starting job.

    Drew Allar

What? You’re crazy! They have four QBs that could/would start just about anywhere. He’s not going to Ohio State. He’s stated as much. Stop this ridiculous narrative.
  14. B

    Drew Allar

He’s the number 12 prospect on 247 (#1 QB), and the number 36 prospect on ESPN (#4 QB). I’m not sure who’s corn flakes Drew pissed in at Rivals to continue to be underrated.

    2022 Recruiting Class Thread

I think some of it is from the specific camps and who runs each. Kids who go to Rivals sponsored camps will score higher on Rivals. Also, I think there is some stubbornness not to admit that you were wrong in certain situations.

Quarterback game plan, LSU job opening, more: James Franklin press conference notebook

Maybe they’ll platoon them much like Purdue did against I-Oh-Uh. Why? To appease the fans? He’s told the ones that need to know, and since these rumors have started, we haven’t lost a single recruit. That speaks volumes.

    Early CFB Playoff rankings

Strength of Schedule. According to Sagarin, Ohio State’s is 59th, while Cincinnati is 93rd. Also, Ohio State (over the more recent weeks) has looked more impressive against Power Five teams.
