No chance. She has a lifetime contract.

Mike Watkins out for the B1Gs

He’s on the small side for playing down low and he doesn’t have a great mid range jumper. Europe could be his ceiling.

Penn State win last night not covered on espn.com men's basketball page.

On the BPI they are 25th and on the RPI they're 70th. What a difference. I tend to think at this point, and after what they did last night, there is no way there are 69 teams better than them. I'm certainly hoping the BPI is given more credibility with the committee, but I guess we'll see.

Penn State win last night not covered on espn.com men's basketball page.

Yeah, I noticed that as well. I kept waiting for it to turn up. The number 8 team in the country got beat by 23 and were down by 30 in the second half. that seems like a significant story to me. I did see though that PSU is now 25th in the BPI ranking. Does anyone know if that ranking is...

    PENN STATE HOOPS

We'd be talking about what seed they'll be rather than whether or not they'll get an invite. The team is really coming together and incredibly exciting to watch right now, but Chambers' teams have often had a lot of bad early losses and this year they are especially disappointing. The minny...

    Men’s BB tough remaining schedule

These games are hard to predict. I wouldn’t even say Illinois is a sure win. If I were to bet I’d go with the following: Illinois W (PSU is clearly better but it’s away) OSU L (PSU is going to have to shoot like they did in Columbus to win) Purdue L (too talented) Michigan W (Michigan is...

The horse poop eating story in Philly? What is that about?

Dionysian excess-the thrill of having ‘your team’ win, even though they don’t care about you or even know you exist, combined with lots of alcohol.

Chance of Mens Basketball team finising strong?

It will be very difficult to beat Nebraska away and to beat OSU for the second time at home. Michigan at home is very losable. It’s not impossible to win those games but they won’t be favored in any of them. MSU and Purdue are sure losses. Illinois away won’t be easy either. I think Iowa...

    PSU vs Rutgers game thread

I want to see 5-3. Losses to MSU and especially Purdue are assured. I think beating OSU twice is going to be difficult (even though it’s at home). Iowa, Maryland and Illinois should be wins. Michigan and Nebraska are toss ups. 5-3 would be a success. Anything less and I think Chambers’ job...

Here We Go Steelers, Here We Go! -- Game Thread

Yeah, the inside kick was questionable, but the jags were getting 4-5 yards every carry so it’s not like a 3 and out was very likely. My goodness though, that onside kick was f****** atrocious. The big surprise for me was how overmatched the steeler dline was. They got man handled.

Back to Square Zero - Men’s Hoops

Carr doesn’t seem to be playing as well since the suspension either. I was a big Chambers fan up until this year, but the Rider loss was inexcusable and they seem to be the same team they were last year. Their record in the non conference schedule has been piss poor every year. They have some...

Anyone ever hear Michael Robinson talk about his vote for worst CFB fans?

Agree completely. THE.WORST. LOSS.EVER. I’ll never forget where I was in NYC watching that game. Since then Michigan is by far my least favorite team in college football.

Justin Fields pick of Georgia seems to lack logic

Yep. Barring injury Fields is looking at 2 instead of 3 years starting and not starting until his 4th year at school. A lot could happen (like Fromm leaving early) but anywhere else beside a school where the freshman led his team to the championship game would’ve probably been better in terms of...

PSU -- Rider, MBB, Game Thread

Bad bad loss. Might be the back breaker for Chambers. I’ve defended him while knowing this year they have to make the tourney and after this loss it’s not likely.

ESPN announces PSU vs Washington in Fiesta

Great matchup. Excited for this game. Didn’t want USC or Central Florida. Auburn is only game I maybe would’ve rather seen. But this is great.
