    Big win for Pitt last night

    I felt the same way. Remember cheering for Pitt to go undefeated so they would face an undefeated Penn State game in the season finale. Broke my heart when I watched Dorsett run over, through, and around Penn State in his last season at Pitt.

    YES! Just got out of the Army in 1970 and my cousin had a big ass Honda and I sat behind him. Going downhill on South Mountain, rt. 309 in Allentown, PA, he hit 105 MPH. I had sun glasses on, turned my head slightly, and the wind blew them off.

    50 years gone, Janis Joplin

    Saw her in Heidelberg, GER in 1969 at a concert hall, Jarhunderhal (or something like that). Great show and after the show wondered around the back of the stage, incredibly. She walked by and was diminutive in stature and not at all attractive. But unique voice.

    I was at that game ... was that not the "Camp Cochise" outfit? I recall an AZ fan writing that if we try to stop the run they would go over the top with passes, and if we tried to stop the pass they would run over us. AZ was gased before the first half was over. 41-7!
