    Jake is blocking Yudichak's reform by leaving it hung up in Mike Folmer's committee. Jake has apparently decided not to encourage Mike to let it out of committee so it has languished there for years. If you check donors to Mike, you will see that Jake's PAC is one of his top donors.

    According to this, Mrs. Paterno is planning something to honor 50 years of the Grand Experiment and all those who participated. I don't see her mentioning anything about PSU... My guess is that it will be all Mrs. Paterno.
