Where can I listen to PSU game tomorrow?
The BIG really laid an egg with this media deal. Search "Penn State Football Radio". A number of AM and FM stations are out there for streaming. Gone are the days when I had to bring out the Radio Shack shortwave with the long antenna.- BoChops

WVU fan... A few questions about our trip to Happy Valley
A few more tips I could have added. - The campus is huge, especially for young legs. A few other outdoor places stand out and are worthy of a visit. The Nittany Lion Shrine, the front of Pattee Library looking down the mall toward town, and Old Main. All three make for excellent photo-ops...- BoChops

Excellent suggestions. My kids are about the same age and we head to State College (my hometown) for a few weeks visit every summer. Lion Shrine vandalized?
Well, apparently no one watches the cameras if the sicko could do this at the most prominent locations on campus. As much as the statue has been vandalized at night over the years, PSU should have remote alert motion sensors for nighttime, but I have no idea how many police are on duty then or...- BoChops

OT: Battery Operated Lawn Mower?

Winky's sounds familiar, but I can't place it. Red Barn was near the high school. Once in a while, some of us would sneak out and have lunch at Red Barn until one day we spotted the Principal sitting there. That ended that and we never went back.- BoChops

With brothers closing what are some places we miss?
Playland and Campus Casino were one block apart on College Ave. Both were packed on weekends. I can remember all the different game sounds - bells, beeps and sirens going off at the same time. Great places to go and see friends, could always find someone I knew there.- BoChops

Which PA towns claim the best Penn St. players? Top player from your city?
State College: Larry Johnson Jr, Matt Suhey were some of the best PSU players. Other starters include Jordan Norwood, Tony Johnson, Dick McGinnis, McQuery, Suhey bro's.- BoChops

I lived in Old Town and took a short bus ride or walked to Metro Blue or Yellow lines for a ten minute ride into CC. Nice thing about Blue/Yellow lines (as opposed to Orange west of city) is I could usually get a seat. Loved Old Town as it is very walkable, historic and charming but pricey and...- BoChops
