    Depends on your rankings. Reynolds was a 5 star on 247. Cousins was a 5 star on on3 in 24. Williams was a 5 star on on3 and 247 in 23. Regardless its splitting hairs. Michigan had no composite 5 stars in 24, 23, or 22. 1 in 21. none in 20. We need to focus on manifestos.
