Those rankings are dated 11/28.

I believe his ranking only reflected his win @ ISU, the recent loss isn't reflected yet.

I want to say that week 3, Kennedy had an ELO of 1537, which would have put him 4th last week as well, but he was showing 7th on the list. In other words, he is out of order for WW3. This MAY be a consequence of the system not dealing well with the fact that he had an ELO and ranking at 165, but now he's 174.
