Justin Alexander, from Pittsburgh, and a member of MD's wrestling team, turned himself in and was arraigned earlier today on "misdemeanor counts of unlawful restraint, making terroristic threats, false imprisonment and tampering with fire apparatus and two summary charges of harassment and criminal mischief." He was released on $10,000 unsecured bail.
