The Avengers was my favorite TV show while growing up. John Steed was pure wit and charm and Emma Peel was... well.... Emma Peel. A magic dynamic between the two, television at its best.

Use to love The Avengers as a kid, it was at its best with Diana Rigg. Didn't like it as much with Honor Blackman.
They did a New Avengers in the late 70's that I liked a lot as well. They added a guy (muscle) named Gambit and Purdey
took over as the hottie babe (Joanna Lumley), she went on to do Absolutely Fabulous.
