Just an observation. We do have a current commit from CT, TE Luke Reynolds who comes from the same home state as Puglisi. I have no idea if they know each other but we definitely have a current recruiting presence and footprint in the region.

If there is mutual interest, I would think that an offer would be forthcoming.
