Ugh. Give Barron and Masser a chance! You guys are making it impossible for them to do their jobs. How would you like it if they did that to you?!

They've been given multiple chances, unless you think they've been doing nothing. Of course, that's not exactly a very flattering picture you would be painting of them.
As I see it, they have been 'doing it to us' since November 2011. Aside from cheap talk and PR trimmings, there has been no change in how the BOT leadership or president deal with the alumni and community base.
You can't be serious? They haven't been doing their jobs since they were hired or appointed, respectively. All Barron and Masser have been doing to attempting to further obfuscate what they are doing, they are disregarding their 'pledge' to be more transparent, and further degrading the relationship between alumni and the board.
He's not serious. Think of him as CR Version 2.0

What I love to see is that even though CR and his ilk refer to us as a very small minority, the very way that Barron acted last week in the hallway proves that we are very very successful in continuing to push for the truth. These pompous jerks don't recognize any of the little people in their lives, on a daily basis. They are way too important for that. However, it is very easy to assume that Barron is feeling the heat significantly, given how he lost his cool. Keep it up, Anthony. Your efforts are working.
Barron wasn't culpable in the whole mess, of course, but you do wonder what the conditions of his employment were. I wonder if he was about to lose his position at FSU for some reason, and therefore was already a wounded animal at the time he was hired, particularly since their first choice was a felon. There's got to be a reason that the job fell to Barron.

You are right. I'm not serious. I say that to show how utterly ridiculous any attempt to rationalize the BOT & Barron's decision making is. And I'm not CR66. This Jacobs guy seems to have a lot of time on his hands. Sounds like a faux attorney (or out of work).
if i were one of masser's minions, i'd imagine those remarks are the kinds of remarks i would say. and we can all see how ridiculous they sound.
Everywhere I go online (Philly papers, LinkedIn groups and CDT) I see that guy, arguing something about Penn State.

He's clearly paid to do that. He literally posts all day long, everywhere. Either that, or he is on welfare.
Jacobs definitely collects unemployment since he is paid "under the table" by his backers. This allows him to troll message boards and comment sections while watching porn in the basement of his parent's house. The beauty part is he can make all of that coin while TROLLING, watching old style VHS porn on mommy's VCR and taking the occasional "stress relief" break in the powder room.
Best Plan.....leave the seat empty and save the $6 million.
Once the governance of the University is wrenched from the clutches of the Pirates, we can engage in the process of finding a new leader for the management of the University.
It would be really refreshing to have a university president who didn't lie to us.
What would be acceptable would be a selection process that is not solely run by the criminals, to start.
