Caught up with Justin Brown recently out of Blackman HS (TN), he discusses 5 schools currently sticking out for him. Penn State was one of the first schools to offer him and continue to make him feel like a priority. Penn State is the lone school outside of the SEC he mentions and it will be tough to pull him out of the South, but being one of the first and continuing to build a relationship is going a long way. I do think though they need to get him on campus somehow, if he is a priority for them before this fall, too many unofficial visits can happen between now and then where if you are Penn State you could lose too much ground to make up.
