I just found this article in New York Magazine regarding Trumps use of his charity and was wondering if this could be one of the possible uses of the TSM by board members?

Absolutely seems that their was missing money from TSM that went unaccounted for. So anything is possible , need to follow the money trail. Somebody doesn't want this to happen. Doubt that an audit will ever happen. BTW Accounting degree, MBA 25 years experience in corporate finance.

Without looking at the charters of the two organizations, both designed to serve charitable purposes, they seem to be fundamentally different. The Trump Foundation is a private foundation, which is largely or entirely funded by Trump and/or his family. TSM was a public charity, funded, as the term implies, by donations from the public. If TSM assets were looted for the benefit of it's board, I would consider it to be far more egregious.
